Pre-sales engineering services may include collaboration between sales support or account team by acting as technical experts in Client presentation; assisting in determination of technical requirements to meet client goals; and acting as liaison between your Customer and End-Client sales/business development and engineering groups.
Implementation services may include assisting your Customers in the implementation of technical systems, software, hardware or solutions; evaluating client needs and developing configurations that support business processes; and defining and executing on delivery and implantation plans within your Customer and End-Client environments.
Post-sales support services may include providing administrative support to the sales team within your Customer and End-Client organizations; and monitoring, recording, and performing analysis of post-sales engagements to assist with gaining efficiencies in the sales, marketing, and billing efforts of associated implementations.
On-site Skills Transfer services may be requested at additional costs to the Customer to cover expense reimbursements for travel and lodging, including economy class flights and three-star or above hotels. That’s right, you can count on us to be there in person to ensure the successful launch.
